Payment:          We accept MASTERCARD and VISA.  Check or money orders are accepted as a payment upon placing your order.  A 25% down payment is due upon placing an order.  Down payment is nonrefundable.

Quotes:            Quote prices are good for 30 days.

Shipping:          All orders will be charge for shipping and boxes.  We ship all orders UPS.  If your order is too large to ship UPS we are able to deliver your order with our delivery truck.

Returns:            All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and must be returned within 15 business days.  Custom seed mixes are not returnable.

Claims:             All plants are warranted to be alive and healthy on receipt.  There is no other warranty.  Claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of order.
